Weightlifting is not really that hard. I mean, sure, it is straining, but that is part of working out. If you want to be a weighlifter, then you need to build up your muscles. I will never force anyone to do it, but I really encourage you to try. It is best to keep and maintain a healthy body. If you do not work out, then your body will eventually crumble down, that is what I can assure you, guys.
