How to get started. 
1.) Schedule a Free Barbell Assessment with one of our coaches.

2.) Come in for the Barbell Assessment . This allows us to see you lift and to recommend what classes would be the best fit for your experience level . 

3.) Schedule your first class . 
  • 1/week Membership : $50/month
  • 2/week Membership $75/month
  • 3/week Membership :$100/month
  • 5/week Membership $125/month
  • Unlimited Access $150/month
  • Can use class credits for Barbell Coaching, PFP Method, Open Gym , and Recovery Lounge.
