PFP Barbell: Remote Athlete Program

Our Remote Athlete Program is designed for those athletes who want to get better or compete in Olympic Style Weightlifting AND are living in Western Pennsylvania. We are focusing on more local athletes we can see 2-4 times a month in PERSON.

This is what I’ve been looking for! I’ve been scoping PFP out and what they have to offer. I’ve been doing Xfit for 6years off and off just took 5 months off due to working a lot, and want to fine tune my lifts, bc I’ve plagued and not made any gains in over a year. Turning 41 soon and would love to get down to proper technique and move heavier weight more efficiently.

Can I get a small sample of your daily programming? I currently go to a box 6 days a week, but might relocate to another gym, for versatility and other options. Thank you.
