Nobody really takes the barbell seriously, not until they experience what it's like to be in a gym with faulty equipments. That's the only time they will consider weights. Me, I really don't like going to the gym. I have always thought who needs a gym when there's a lot of housework to be done in our house. I hate that mothers have more time in the gym than with their won children. Lately I realize that a personal trainer can actually save your life when housework is not enough to help you lose weight.
