Adult & Youth Sports Performance
This is specifically designed for current/former athletes looking to improve athletic performance. Training will be a combination of olympic lifts, speed training, and accessory work with a results driven focus. Athletes will be periodically assessed in order to ensure improvement. Led by PFP Performance coaches, training phases will gradually change throughout the year.
Total Body Strength
Develop overall strength necessary to help athletes improve overall power, physical preparedness, and confidence on the field, court or track.
Develop linear speed through form improvements, specific program design catered to drop sprint times.
Programmed pre-habilitation work to minimize risk of injury.
1-5x Per Week
1-3x Per Week
Current/Former athletes looking to increase strength, athleticism, and linear speed. We will not make you better at your specific sport, we are here to make you more physically prepared to deal with the demands that your sport require.
